"Thy life's a miracle" -King Lear

Never forget

The deep, complex

Magic of you

I want it all

The too

Much

The better

Magical you

Hidden under the bed

Thrown in the back of the closet

Scrunched behind the couch

Before the guests come over

Magical you

Symmetrically antiquated aspirations

Take many a casualty

Hexed

Seeking spotlight

I see

Sun beams on you

Ultraviolet

Sunscreen not rubbed in

Magical you

Give me

Wrinkles and scars

My map

Pointing me further North

On my way

To understanding

The mystery

The mischievous

Magical you

And perhaps…in time

You might see

A peak into my closet

My dirty laundry

But I hide it well

A vanishing act

I’m quite

A skilled acrobat

The dotless i’s

Uncrossed t’s

Marvel in the magicless

Magical me
