My cup runneth over

My cup runneth over

Into

A waterfall of abundance

Overflowing

I want for nothing

I can never hold such presciousness in my hand

Only to hold through a vehicle

Glass or vase

Or touch

For a moment's trace

To slip through my fingers

Runs to its lover, air

Such divinity

Protected from us

Yet how generous

We may drink

And wash

And sink

Such gifts

Were never ours to hold

But to hold for a moment

And release back to

The Universe

From which we withdrew

Like waves pine for the shore

Trace back to their Mother Ocean

The land was never theirs

The water was never mine to hold

But my cup still outpour

Cascading

Blessings endrench evermore
